What to send us

Four lines save days. Include your phone or tablet model and its operating system version, the app version shown at the bottom of Settings, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps more than a description of a screenshot.

Please do not email passwords. Nobody here will ask you for one, and we cannot use it.

Before you write

You cannot sign in

Accounts are issued and reset by the provider who set yours up, not by us. We have no way to create an account, change your password or restore access. Ask them first. If they confirm your account works and the app still refuses you, that is a bug and we want to hear about it.

Something is missing from the app

Providers choose which parts of the app their clients get. A section you expected to see may simply be switched off for your account. Your provider can turn it on.

The app asks you to update

Older builds are eventually refused so that they cannot keep talking to a system that has moved on. Install the latest version from the store and it will let you back in.

You want your account removed

That has its own page: deleting your account and data.

Security reports

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, send it to support@pgsndr.com with enough detail to reproduce it, and give us a reasonable window to fix it before publishing. We will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith and does not access, change or destroy other people's data.
