Delete your account and data

How to ask

Email support@pgsndr.com from the address your account uses, with the subject Delete my account. Tell us the name of the business whose account you sign in to, so we can find the right record.

If you cannot write from that address, say so and we will find another way to confirm it is you. We have to be sure, because this cannot be undone. Where we are not satisfied that the request is genuine, we will ask for more before we act, and we will say so rather than quietly doing nothing.

You do not need the app installed to make this request, and you do not need to be able to sign in.

What happens then

We confirm receipt within two working days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You get a message when it is done. Your sign-in stops working immediately once we begin.

What is deleted

• Your user account, name, email address and phone number.
• Your password and every stored sign-in token and session.
• Your notification history and your in-app preferences.
• Messages you sent from your own account through the assistant, and files you uploaded that are attached to nothing else.
• Device and session records kept for sign-in security.

What is kept, and why

Your employer's business records are not yours to delete. The app is a window onto data that belongs to the business you work for - customer contacts, conversations with those customers, appointments, deals, published posts. Deleting your login does not erase your employer's customer list, and we will not do that on one employee's request. If you want the business's whole account removed, that request has to come from the business or from the provider that administers it, and then everything goes.

We also keep, for as long as the law requires and no longer:

• Invoices, payments and tax records, where Greek and EU accounting law sets the retention period.
• Security and abuse logs, in a reduced form, for up to 12 months, so that an account cannot be deleted purely to cover its tracks.
• Anything we are under a legal obligation to preserve, or that is needed to establish or defend a legal claim.

Backups are not rewritten on request. Deleted records survive in encrypted backups until those rotate out, within 90 days, and are not restored into service in the meantime.

If you only want some of it gone

You do not have to close the account to exercise your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or object to a particular use, without deleting anything. The privacy policy lists those rights and how to use them.
